Abstract

This research examined the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work satisfaction on the employees’ performance at FIFGROUP, Sidoarjo III branch. Moreover, the research was quantitative with a causal-comparative approach. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 93 respondents of employees as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, a t-test was used to determine the effect of independent variables (work motivation, work environment, and work satisfaction) on the dependent variable (employees’ performance). The result of the t-test showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employees’ performance at FIFGROUP, Sidoarjo III branch. Likewise, the work environment had a significant effect on employees’ performance at FIFGROUP, Sidoarjo III branch. Similarly, work satisfaction had a significant effect on employees’ performance at FIFGROUP, Sidoarjo III branch.
