PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KECAMATAN TANDES SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and determine the effect of work discipline, work satisfaction, and work motivation on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Tandes, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees who worked at Kecamatan Tandes, Surabaya consisting of 58 respondents. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population members were the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed directly to the respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Tandes, Surabaya. Likewise, work satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Tandes, Surabaya. Similarly, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Tandes, Surabaya.
