PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY, LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ANUGRAH ARGON MEDICA
Abstract
Employees as human resources have an important role in a company. The challenges the management faces in achieving the company’s objectives and survival are affected by the quality of human resource performance. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of self-efficacy, locus of control, and work satisfaction on the employees’ performance at PT Anugrah Argon Medica. The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative approach. Moreover, the population was employees of PT: Anugrah Argon Medica, a branch of Surabaya who worked in the marketing department. The data were primary. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 50 respondents as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique also used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 23.0 version. The result showed that: (1) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Anugrah Argon Medica; (2) locus of control had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Anugrah Argon Medica; and (3) work satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at PT Anugrah Argon Medica.
