PENGARUH MOTIVASI EKSTRINSIK, KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT POS INDONESIA KANTOR KEBONROJO SURABAYA
Abstract
This research analyzes the influence of extrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia employees at the Kebonrojo Surabaya Office. Extrinsic motivation is measured by company administration and policies, salary, relationship to superiors, and working conditions. Interpersonal communication is measured by openness, empathy, supportiveness, positivity, and equality. Transformational leadership is measured by ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. Furthermore, employee performance is measured by ability (work results), responsibility, absenteeism, obedience, loyalty, cooperation, leadership, honesty and initiative. The type of research used is quantitative. This research uses non-probability sampling as a sampling technique. The sample size used was 65 respondents. Questionnaire data collection was carried out through direct distribution of questionnaires. Technical data analyisis is done by untilizing ultiple Linear Regression Method via SPSS 26.0 software. The results showed that extrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication, transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance.
