PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KECAMATAN MULYOREJO SURABAYA

Abstract

This research determined and analyzed the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Mulyorejo, Surabaya.The research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees who worked at Kecamatan Mulyorejo, Surabaya. The data collection technique used propotional random sampling with the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 67 respondents employees who worked at Kecamatan Mulyorejo, Surabaya as samples. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with t-test and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions.The result showed that the work environment had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Mulyorejo, Surabaya. Likewise, work motivation had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Mulyorejo, Surabaya. Similarly, the work discipline had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Mulyorejo, Surabaya.
