PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP PERILAKU INOVATIF DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK JATIM KANTOR PUSAT KOTA SURABAYA
Abstract
Human resources who are potential and qualified will become the main strength of the company. Moreover, those resources are one of the important elements to have a business or company needs to manage its human resources as well so that it can have optimal performance. This research determined the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative behavior and employes performance at PT Pembangunan Daerah (Bank Jatim Surabaya main office). The data were primary with a questionnaire as the instrument. Additionally, the data analysis technique used PLS (Partial Least Square) with SmarPLS 3.0 Version. The result showed that knowledge sharing had a positive but insignificant effect on employees performance, however, knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, likewise, knowledge sharing through innovative behavior had a positive and significant effect on employees performance.
