Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of compensation. work burden, and work environment on the employees’ work satisfaction at the Shopee Express Warehouse DC Rungkut Surabaya. The population was all permanent employees at the Shopee Express Warehouse DC Rungkut Surabaya which consists of 50 employees. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 50 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the data were primary. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result showed that classical assumption tests which were used through normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test showed that all variables did not violate the determined rules. However, the result of the regression test indicated that it was properly used. In addition, the hypothesis test result showed that compensation, work burden, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction.
