WORK MOTIVATION MEMODERASI PENGARUH BURNOUT TERHADAP JOB PERFORMANCE PADA KARYAWAN KJPP RST
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of burnout on the employees’ job performance at the KJPP RST Sidoarjo. It was also to determine whether the work motivation moderated the effect of burnout on the employees’ job performance at the KJPP RST Sidoarjo. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were a sample. Inline with that, there were 53 permanent employees of KJPP RST Sidoarjo as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire and Likert scale. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The result showed that burnout had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ job performance at the KJPP RST Sidoarjo. Additionally, the work motivation moderated the effect of burnout on the employees’ job performance at the KJPP RST Sidoarjo.
