WORKLIFE BALANCE, BURNOUT, WORK FAMILY CONFLICT, JOB DEMANDS TERHADAP JOB SATISFACTION KARYAWAN PT WIBAWA MAKMUR ABADI
Abstract
This research aimed to find out some factors which could affect the employees’ job satisfaction at PT Wibawa Makmur Abadi. Moreover, the independent variables were work-life balance, burnout, work family conflict, and job demands. The resarch was quantitative. The population was 50 employees of PT Wibawa Makmur Abadi. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were samples. In line with that, there were 50 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS). The result showed that work-life balance had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ job satisfaction at PT Wibawa Makmur Abadi. However, burnout had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ satisfaction at PT Wibawa Makmur Abadi. Likewise, work-family conflict had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ satisfaction at PT Wibawa Makmur Abadi. Similarly, job demands had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ satisfaction at PT Wibawa Makmur Abadi.
