PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, KETERLIBATAN KERJA, DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI
Abstract
This research aimed examinated and analyzed the effect of work satisfaction, work involvement, and individual characteristict, on organizational comitmen at PT Cahaya Auliya Maharani Sidoarjo. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. The population was 49 employees of PT Cahaya Auliya Maharani Sidoarjo who belonged to General Manager (1), finance (2), human resource development (2), information technology (1), marketing (4), administration (6), customer service (3), and operational divisions (30). Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The data were primary. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. It examined the effect of work satisfaction, work involvement, and individual characteristics (t-test) on organizational commitment. Additionally, f-test was used to examine whether the research was properly or not to be used. The result showed that work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Likewise, work involvement had a significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. Similarly, individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment at PT Cahaya Auliya Maharani Sidoarjo
