Abstract

Since employees’ performance affects productivity and output quality, it becomes very essential for company success. Therefore, the management needs to identify and overcome some obstacles that reduce the performance effectively. Moreover, great support must be given to maximize every employee’s potency. This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work satisfaction, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at PT Jamkrida East Java. Furthermore, the population was all employees of PT Jamkrida East Java consisted of 40 respondents. The research was quantitative with primary data. Additionally, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed directly to the respondents. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result, partially, showed that work environment, work satisfaction, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Jamkrida East Java.
