PENGARUH RECRUITMENT, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJAKARYAWAN SMAM X SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of recruitment, work motivation, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 (SMAM X) Surabaya. The population was administration employees and teachers of SMAM X. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. In line with that, 63 employees were taken as the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed online through Google form by the Vice Headmaster of SMAM X Surabaya. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The instrument testing used normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedacity tests. Additionally, the proper model test used f-test, multiple determination coefficient, and hypothesis test which used t-test. The result showed that recruitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 (SMAM X).
