PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT LIMAS ANUGRAH STEEL

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of work discipline, individual characteristics, and compensation on the employees’ performance at PT Limas Anugrah Steel. The research was quantitative. The population was employees who worked at PT Limas Anugrah Steel consisting of 50 respondents. Moreover, the data collection technique used a saturated sampling technique, in which all population mambers were the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was field research which used a questionnaire e. Furthermore, the questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test (t-test) with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result showed that work discipline had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Limas Anugrah Steel. Likewise, individual characteristics significantly affected the employees’ performance at PT Limas Anugrah Steel. Similarly, compensation significantly affected the employees’ performance at PT Limas Anugrah Steel.
