PENGARUH KERJA SAMA TIM, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effects of teams’ cooperation, work satisfaction, also engagement on the employees’ performance at Bank Jatim Surabaya Central. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was employees who worked at Bank Jatim Surabaya Central in the Human Relations division.The data collection used saturated sampling, in which when the sample value was added; the information value would not change the determined information. It was easily known as a census. In line with that, 77 respondents fulfilled the criteria as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed online through Google forms, and shared into the employees’ group WhatsApp of Bank Jatim Surabaya Central in the Human Relations division.The result showed that teams cooperation, work satisfaction, and engagement had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at Bank Jatim Surabaya Central in the Human Relations division. In suggestion, further researchers were expected to use other variables outside of this research that related to the employees’ performance.
