PENGARUH PELATIHAN, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PRIMA RAYA KARYA PERKASA

Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work training, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa. Moreover, the population was employees who worked at PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa. The research was descriptive-quantitative. The data were primary. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which the sample was taken randomly without considering strata within the population. In line with that, there were 50 respondents as a sample. Additionally, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The result concluded that work training positively and significantly affected employees’ performance. Likewise, work motivation positively and significantly affected employees’ performance. On the other hand, work discipline had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa.
