PENGARUH PERILAKU INOVATIF, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN INTERMODAL LOGISTIK DI SURABAYA
Abstract
This research examined the effect of innovative behavior, work discipline, and communication on employees’ performance at the logistic intermodal in Surabaya. The independent variables were innovative behavior, work discipline, and communication. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was employees’ performance. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was employees at the logistic intermodal in Surabaya. The data were primary. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 126 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The result showed that innovative behavior had a significantly negative effect on the employees’ performance at the logistic intermodal in Surabaya. Likewise, work discipline had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the logistic intermodal in Surabaya. On the other hand, communication had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the logistic intermodal in Surabaya.
