PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, PROMOSI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN CV MITRA USAHA SURABAYA
Abstract
A comfortable work environment can support activities within the company, this needs to be maintained with promotions, compensation and an appropriate work environment that will create good job satisfaction and increase employee productivity to achieve company goals. Apart from that, job satisfaction is an important factor in creating employee attitudes and work results in their work. This research aims to determine the effect of promotion, compensation and work environment on employee satisfaction at CV Surabaya Business Partners. The method used is a descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis tests with SPSS 27 version. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to a total of 37 respondents who worked as employees at CV Surabaya Business Partners. The results of the statistical test (t) showed that the work environment, promotion and compensation were significantly positive with employee job satisfaction.
