PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV SARANA SUKSES SEJAHTERA

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and find out the work environment, work motivation, and leadership style on the employees’ performance at CV Sarana Sukses Sejahtera employees. Moreover, the population was employees of CV Sarana Sukses Sejahtera. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 50 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 27 version. The results showed that work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV Sarana Sukses Sejahtera. Likewise, work motivation had a positive effect and significant effect on the employees at CV Sarana Sukses Sejahtera. Similarly, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees at CV Sarana Sukses Sejahtera.
