PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR, KOMUNIKASI, DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, communication, and individual characteristic on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in wich all members of the population were the sample. The population was employees of PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. In line with that, there were48 respondents of employees PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara as the sample furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. The result showed that organizartional citizenship behavior had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. Likewise, communication had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. Similarly. Individual characteristics had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara.
