PENGARUH STRES KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK JATIM KCP UNIVERSITAS WIJAYA KUSUMA SURABAYA
Abstract
The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. Moreover, the data were primary. The data collection technique used nonprobability sampling. In line with that, there were 33 respondents as the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents. Furthermore, the sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 26.0. The result showed that work stress, work environment, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the Bank of Jatim, branch office in Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University. It indicated that work stress, work environment, and motivation were mostly considered at the Bank of Jatim, branch office in Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.
