Abstract

In a business world, human resources is a very important things because human as the
practitioner of activities in supporting of the operations of the company. Therefore, each of
the company wants high performance from every employee.
This purpose of this research is to
find out and to test the influence of compensation and work experience variables to the
performance of the employees at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero). This
research is a correlation research. This research measures the influence of compensation and
work experience variables to performance of the employees.
The data of this research uses
primary data in a form of questionnaire from employees at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan
Indonesia (Persero) and the samples are 30 respondents. The independent variables are
compensation and work experience whereas the dependent variable is the performance of the
employees. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions
with the instruments of SPSS 21 version. The result of this research shows that the two
variables i.e. compensation and work experience have significant influence to the
performance of the employees
at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero).
