PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PELNI CABANG SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the work discipline, organizational culture, and work environment on the employees’ performance at the PT PELNI Surabaya branch. The research was quantitative. The population was 37 employees. Moreover, the data collection technique was saturated sampling. The data were both primary, in the form of a questionnaire; and secondary which were directly taken from the company. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with the amount of regressions coefficient to find out the effect of work discipline, organization culture, and work environment on the employees’ performance at the PT PELNI Surabaya branch. The research result indicated that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. Likewise, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. Similarly, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. All the results were supported by the correlation level to show the correlation between work discipline, organizational culture, and work environment on the employees’ performance at the PT PELNI Surabaya branch; had a close correlation.
