PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, BEBAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PT PROTEKNIK MEGA PERSADA SURABAYA)
Abstract
This research aimed to determinate and analyze the effect of compensation, workload, and motivation on the employees’ performance at PT Proteknik Mega Persada Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees (sales, administrative, technician, and storage) at PT Proteknik Mega persada Surabaya. The data collection technique used non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, in which all population members were the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 40 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.0. The hypothesis test or t-test result showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Proteknik Mega Persada Surabaya. On the other hand, workload had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Proteknik Mega Persada Surabaya. In contrast, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Proteknik Mega Persada Surabaya.
