Abstract

This research aimed to examine empirically the effect of work discipline, work satisfaction, and financial compensation on employees turnover intention in collection division of CV. Intan Jaya Surabaya. Work discipline was measured by attendance, obedience on work rule, obedience on work standard, higher awareness level, and ethical work. Work satisfaction was measured by salary, allowance, incentives, pension allowance, and old day term. Turnover intention was measured by turnovermindset, look for alternative jobs, and turnover intention . The research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, with 52 employees in collection division as the sample. The independent variables were work discipline, work satisfaction, and financial compensation. While the dependent variable was turnover intention . Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The result concluded that work discipline and financial compensation had a positive and significant whereas, work satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on employees' turnover intention in collection division of CV.
