PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KUALITAS PRODUK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PT SANN JUARA SURYATAMA
Abstract
This research aims to determine the quality of service, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT Sann Juara Suryatama. The population used in this study were all consumers who made purchases or who had consumed chicken products at PT Sann Juara Suryatama. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, and sample determination used accidental sampling with the number of samples used being 98 respondents. While the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26.0 application. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the quality of service, products, and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Sann Juara Suryatama.
