PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada Kurir Shopee Express Hub Kendangsari Surabaya)
Abstract
This research aimed to find and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work stress on the employees’ performance (A Case Study on the Shopee Express Hub Courier Kendangsari, Surabaya). The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire and a Likert scale. Furthermore, the population was all employees who worked in the delivery section as couriers at Shopee Express Hub Kendangsari Surabaya, consisting of 40 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The research showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at Shopee Express Hub Kendangsari Surabaya. Likewise, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at Shopee Express Hub Kendangsari Surabaya. Similarly, work stress had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performanceat Shopee Express Hub Kendangsari Surabaya.
