Abstract

This research aimed to determine leadership style, work environment, and work stress on the employees’ satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), Jemur Andayani, Surabaya. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The population was employees who worked at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), Jemur Andayani, Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which the sample that was added did not change the information value gained. The sampling was better known as a census. In line with that, there were 31 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents online through Google Forms. Such a link was given through the WhatsApp group special for employees who worked at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), Jemur Handayani, Surabaya. The information was distributed with the permission from Human Resources division. The result showed that leadership style, work environment, and work stress had a significant effect on the employees’ satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), Jemur Andayani, Surabaya. In addition, for next researchers variables outside the research needed to be considered as related to employees’ work satisfaction.
