Abstract

This research aimed to find out the work environment, burnout, organizational culture, and work discipline on the work performance of employees at Perum Perhutani, East Java Regional Division. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The data collection technique used a non-probability sampling. In line with that, there were 80 employees at Perum Perhutan, East Java Regional Division as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution). In addition, the result showed that work environment had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at Perum Perhutani, East Java Regional Division. Likewise, burnout had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at Perum Perhutani, East Java Regional Division. Similarly, both organizational culture and work discipline had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at Perum Perhutani, East Java Regional Division.Division.Division.Division.
