PENGARUH JOB STRESS, EMOTIONAL INTELEGENCE, WORK LIFE BALANCE, TERHADAP BURNOUT SYNDROME KARYAWAN CV YASIIRA

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of job stress, emotional intelegency, and work life balance on the employees’ burnout syndrome of CV Yassira. Job stress was measured by work pressure and social support in the work place. Moreover, emotional intelegency was measured by patience level and employees’ emotional control. Work life balance was measured from work hours and work satisfaction level. Furthermore, burnout syndrome was measured bye employees’ physical fatigue, mental and emotional also their behavior changes. The research was quantitative. the population was employees of CV Yassira. Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, with 87 respondents as the sample. In line with that, the instrument in the data collection techqnique was a questionnaire. The questionnaire were distributed through google form in the respondents. in addition,the data analysis technique was multiple linier regeression with hypothesis test (t-test) and spss program 26 version The result showed the job stress, emotional intelegency, and work life balance positively and significantly effect the employees’ burnout syndrome of CV Yassira.
