BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KOMPENSASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN KANTOR POS SURABAYA SELATAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the organizational culture, compensation, and work environment on the employees’ work satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia branch of South Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was employees who worked at PT Pos Indonesia branch of South Surabaya. The data collection technique used a saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. In line with that, there were 31 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 25 versions. The result indicated that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction. Likewise, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction. Similarly, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction.
