PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA, PENGEMBANGAN KARIER DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA TEKNO GROUP SIDOARJO
Abstract
This Research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work training, career development, and motivation on the employees performance at Techno Group Sidoarjo. The independent variables were work training, career development and motivation. Meanwhile, the dependent variables was employees performance. The research was quantitative. Moreover the population was 160 employees of Techno Group Sidoarjo. The data collection technique used purposicve sampling , in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that,shere were 40 sample taken, furthemore,the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, hypothesis test, classical assumption test, and proper model test with SPSS (Statistical Production and Service Solution) 26.The Result of the F-test concluded that work traininng, career devoploment and motivation affectd simultaneoulsy and significant employees performance at techno group sidoarjo. Likewise, the test showed that ward training, career development and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employes performance at Techno Group, Sidoarjo.
