PENGARUH DISIPLIN, MOTIVASI, MINAT, TERHADAP PRESTASI MAHASISWA

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of discipline, motivation, and interest on the students’ achievements at STIESIA Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was students of STIESIA Surabaya. The data collection technique used non-probability sampling, in which all members of the population were not given the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Furthermore, the sampling technique used accidental sampling. In line with that, there were 82 respondents as the sample. The data were primary, in the form of a questionnaire. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) The result showed that discipline had a positive but insignificant effect on the students’ achievements at STIESIA Surabaya. On the other hand, both motivation and interest had a positive and significant effect on the students’ achievements at STIESIA Surabaya.
