PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN, KERJA DISIPLIN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUM PERHUTANI DIVISI REGIONAL JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work stress on the employees’ performance at Perum Perhutani Division East Java Regional. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample (saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 88 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result showed that work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Perum Perhutani Division East Java Regional. Likewise, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Perum Perhutani Division East Java Regional. Similarly, work stress had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Perum Perhutani Division East Java Regional.
