PENGARUH STRATEGI INOVASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT BERLINA TBK

Abstract

The problem of competition in the global market continues to grow and is increasingly becoming a major issue, a challenge that is not easy. The current globalization process has a significant impact on the survival of organizations and businesses. This research aims to determine the effect of Innovation and Motivation Strategy on employee productivity at PT Berlina Tbk. This type of research uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The population used in this research is all employees who work at PT Berlina Tbk. The sampling technique in this research used a simple random sampling method using the Slovin formula and a sample of 77 employees was found. The data collection technique was carried out using the survey method with a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test with SPSS version 26 software tools. The result showed that the innovation strategy had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work productivity at PT Berlina Tbk. Likewise, motivation strategy had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work productivity at PT Berlina Tbk.
