PENGARUH PELATIHAN, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK WACHID HASYIM 1 SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of training, work discipline, and work satisfaction on the teachers’ performance at SMK Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya. The research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the population was all teachers at SMK Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya, which consisted of 65 respondents. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed directly to the respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result showed that training had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ performance at SMK Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya. Likewise, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ performance at SMK Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya. Similarly, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ performance at SMK Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya.
