PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL, SELF EFFICACY DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN GREENSMART SURABAYA
Abstract
Human resources can force other various resources, such as physical, financial, and information resources in the organization. Moreover, employees not only as the sources but also have a role as capital or assets which will affect the quality and improvement of the organization. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of locus of control, self-efficacy, and work environment on the employees’ performance at Greensmart Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The population was employees at Greensmart Surabaya. Furthermore, the data were primary. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 23.0 version. The result showed that: (1) Locus of control had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Greensmart Surabaya; (2) Self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Greensmart Surabaya; (3) Work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Greensmart Surabaya.
