PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KJPP MUSHOFAH MONO IGFIRLY DAN REKAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, compensation, and work environment on the employees’ performance at KJPP Mushofah Mono Igfirly and partners. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees at KJPP Mushofah Mono Igfirly and partners. which consisted of 37 people. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. in which all members of the population were the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). In suggestion, the management of KJPP Mushofah Mono Igfirly and partners should: (1) maintain the behavior and work ethics during working, also be more improve the compliance of coming on time and finishing the work based on the time given, (2) maintain the promotion job opportunity to employees who have more potency, also be more improve the incentive giving suited with the employees’ work achievement, (3) maintain the work office decoration which give comfortability and relax feeling during working, also improve work setting management among colleagues.
