PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI RUANG AL AQSA LANTAI 5 PADA RUMAH SAKIT HAJI SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of workload, work discipline, and work
satisfaction on the employees’ performance at Al Aqsa room fifth floor Haji
hospital, Surabaya. Furthermore, the population used employees at the Al Aqsa
room fifth floor Haji hospital Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover,
the data collection technique used non-probability sampling i.e the sample was all
members of the population. Additionally, the instrument in data collection used
questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 40 respondents as the
sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple analysis with SPSS
(Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.0 version. The result indicated that
workload had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance.
Likewise, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees’
performance. Similarly, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on
the employees’ performance at Al Aqsa room on the fifth floor of Haji hospital
Surabaya.
