PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV INDAH MAKMUR
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work burden on the employees’ performance of CV Indah Makmur. The research was comparative-causal with a quantitative approach. Furthermore, The population was all employees of CV Indah Makmur. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 40 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the \data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result indicated that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of CV. Indah Makmur. Likewise, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Indah Makmur. Similarly, work burden had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of CV. Indah Makmur.
