PENGARUH DIGITAL COMPETENCE TERHADAP INNOVATION CAPABILITY DENGAN HUMAN CAPITAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI DI PT ANGKASA PURA I SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of digital competence on innovation capability with human capital as a mediating variable at PT Angkasa Pura I Surabaya International Airport, Juanda. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was all permanent employees at PT Angkasa Pura I Surabaya International Airport, Juanda. The data collection technique used probability sampling with the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 79 samples. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The result showed that digital competence had a positive and significant effect on the innovation capability at PT Angkasa Pura I Surabaya International Airport, Juanda. Likewise, digital competence had a positive and significant effect on the human capital at PT Angkasa Pura I Surabaya International Airport, Juanda. Additionally, human capital had a positive and significant effect on the innovation capability at PT Angkasa Pura I Surabaya International Airport, Juanda. In addition, human capital was able to mediate the effect of digital competence on innovation capability at PT Angkasa Pura I Surabaya International Airport, Juanda.
