PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO DAN RETURN ON ASSETS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Abstract
This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2022. The research was causal-comparative. Moreover, the data were secondary in the form of companies’ financial statements. The population was 47 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018- 2022. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 12 companies as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result of the hypothesis test showed that the Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on stock price. However, the Debt to Equity Ratio had a negative and significant effect on stock price. In contrast, Return On Assets had a positive and significant effect on stock price. Additionally, the result of the determination coefficient (R2) was 0.497. It meant that 49.7% of the stock price was explained by the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets. The rest percentage was explained by other variables.
