PENGARUH INSENTIF, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI CV. AGUNG KRISTIKA JAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of incentives, work environment, and motivation on the employees’
performance at CV. Agung Kristika Jaya. The population was all employees who worked at CV. Agung Kristika
Jaya there were 40 employees. Moreover, the data were primary. The instrument in the data collection technique
was a questionnaire. Furthermore, there were 40 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used
multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 25. The research was quantitative.
Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were
the sample. In line with that, there were 40 respondents as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique
used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The result of the classical assumption test showed that there was
no deviant variable. While in the hypothesis test (t-test) concluded that incentives, work environment, and
motivation had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Agung Kristika Jaya.
