ATTITUDE, SUBJECTIVE NORM, DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP NIAT BERWIRAUSAHA PADA MAHASISWA GENERASI Z

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students of the Z generation. The independent variables were attitude, subjective norm, and self-efficacy. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was students of the Z generation. The data collection technique used a non-probability sampling and Rao Purba formula to calculate the sample from the unlimited population. In line with that, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 98 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the application of SPSS 29. Additionally, based on the results of the classical assumption test, no deviant variables were found. The result showed that attitude had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Likewise, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Additionally, subjective norms had a positive but insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intentions.
