MOTIVASI KERJA MEMODERASI PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PERUBAHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
This research is meant to find out and to test the influence of change management and work environment to the
performance and the interaction of change management, work environment and work motivation as the
moderating variable to the performance of the employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 8
Surabaya.This research is quantitative research and the sample collection technique applies census method, so
that the sample is processed and collected from the members of populations. The samples are 74 employees of PT
Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 8 Surabaya who has their position as supervisor. The data
analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions, interaction test and hypothesis test.
Meanwhile, the instruments test has been done by using validity test, reliability, and classic assumption test.
Based on the result of the research, it shows that change management and work environment have an influence
to the performance of the employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 8 Surabaya, and the
interaction between change management and work environment and motivation as the moderating variable to
the performance of the employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 8 Surabaya.
