PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN AUTO 2000 SUNGKONO SURABAYA
Abstract
Every year the level of competition that is encountered by the company is very high, therefore it gives
greater influence to keep on changing. Performance is the result of works which has been generated by
the employees in accordance with their role in the organization. Good performance of the employees is
supported by motivation which has been given by their superior and work environment which has
provided by the company. Motivation is an encouragement from either internal or external of someone
which can give influence to do some improvements which have positive characteristics. The performance
of someone in carrying out his task one of the matters is emerged and influenced by work environment.
The respondents are 100 employees of Auto 2000 Sungkono branch Surabaya. The data is the primary
and secondary data. The analysis technique applies multiple linear regressions analysis. Based on the
result of F test, it shows that the regression models are feasible to be used in this research. The result of
this research shows that there is significant correlation between motivation and work environment to
the performance of maintenance department employees of Auto 2000 Sungkono branch Surabaya. The
implementation of motivation which has been run by the superior can be maintained and the
management party maintenance department of PT. Auto 2000 Sungkono branch Surabaya should be
more focused on the policies which relevant to the importance of motivation and work environment of
the employees.
