PENGARUH SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN, KEHADIRAN KARYAWAN DAN PENGGAJIAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT ANDALAN PACIFIC SAMUDRA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of Management Control System, Employees’ Attendance, and Salary on the employees’ performance at PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra Surabaya.The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. The population was all employees of PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra Surabaya in Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Warehuse divisions. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling (census). In line with that, there were 45 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed directly to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result showed that the Management Control System had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra Surabaya. Likewise, employees’ attendance had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra Surabaya. Similarly, salary had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra Surabaya.
