ANALISIS PROGRAM CSR (CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ) DALAM PENGEMBANGAN BISNIS MASYARAKAT
Abstract
The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program is one of the companies’ efforts in showing social responsibility in public economic development. The success of CSR depends on the company, government, and public it self. Therefore, the research aimed to find out whether the CSR programs which were run by PT. Angkasa Pura I Surabaya suited the public reality and expectation or not. The research was qualitative. Moreover, the data were both primary and secondary which were taken from PT. Angkasa Pura I and Fostered Partners of PT Angkasa Pura I area. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing with informants, and documentation of research results or triangulation. The result showed that the form of corporate responsibility on the public was by planning CSR programs with developing the existence potency in public especially in trading, beauty, and service. From this, the public expectation had been suited to reality. Furthermore, the success of CSR programs implementation could be seen from the three fostered partners of PT. Angkasa Pura I area of its planning, mapping, and giving also evaluation that had been well-applied.
