PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU, MOTIVASI, DAN INOVASI TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA WANITA (STUDI PADA PEDAGANG WANITA DI PASAR KAPASAN SURABAYA)
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of individual characteristics, motivation, and innovation on the success of female traders at Kapasan Market in Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The population was 100 female traders at the Kapasan Market in Surabaya on the 2nd floor. Moreover, the data collection technique used probability sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with a hypothesis test (t-test) and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result showed that individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on the success of female traders at Kapasan Market in Surabaya. Likewise, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the success of female traders at the Kapasan Market in Surabaya. Similarly, innovation had a positive and significant effect on the success of female trader at Kapasan market in Surabaya.
