DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI, SELF EFFICACY DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KECAMATAN WIYUNG KOTA SURABAYA
Abstract
Human resources take a role in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling every activity in employees’ recruitment and development. Their role determines the success of organization or institution activities. Therefore, this research aimed to examine empirically the effect of organizational support, self- efficacy, and organizational commitment on the employees’ performance at Kecamatan Wiyung, Surabaya. The research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the population was all civil servants and PPPK at Kecamatan Wiyung, Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all the members of the population were the sample. Furthermore, the questionnaires were distributed to 41 respondents as a sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result showed that organizational support had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. Similarly, self-efficacy had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance. Likewise, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance.
