PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS FUTURES SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work training, work motivation, and work environment on the employees’ performance at PT. International Business Futures Surabaya. The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. Moreover, the population was all employees in telemarketing at PT. International Business Futures Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 57 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result showed that work training had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. International Business Futures Surabaya. Likewise, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. International Business Futures Surabaya. Similarly, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. International Business Futures Surabaya.
